Executive Coaching is a complex program that guides top managers in their professional and personal development.
Executive Coaching programs are held by certified coachers from Korn/Ferry International. Confidentiality and coachers' high competency levels are the major principles.
The top manager is offered an opportunity to meet with one or two coachers before the session starts to facilitate the selection of the right mentor.
Executive Search programs continue for 3—6 months and include meetings lasting four to six hours with coachers, as well as a final meeting to assess the program’s progress and results.
