Igor Shekhterman
Managing and Senior Partner

Igor Shekhterman - Managing Partner, one of the RosExpert founders.

Additionally, Igor participates in Leadership & Development Practice (LTC) projects in cooperation with RosExpert consultants and Korn/Ferry’s Leadership Talent Consulting team.

Igor Shekhterman also responsible for the general and financial management company.

Prior to the RosExpert set up in 1996, Igor worked as a manager of the Russian office of the Japanese company Beoluna, specializing in producing and selling jewelry.

In 1992 Igor Shekhterman graduated from the Kaliningrad Technical Institute. In 1994-1995 he obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and got BA Degree at business - schools Institute d'Administration des Enterprises (France) and the Danish Management School (Denmark).

Sergey Kordashenko
Managing Partner
Head of Leadership & Talent Consulting Practice (LTC)

Sergey Kordashenko joined RosExpert in 2010.

As a Managing Partner Sergey takes the lead in LTC Practice, which serves clients in the areas of Individual and Team effectiveness, Executive assessment and development, Talent identification and development systems.

Sergey has a broad experience in designing and implementation of complex solutions in the field of Human Capital effectiveness, designing and implementing Talent management and development systems, creating Corporate Academy.

Additionally, Sergey has overall responsibility for the company’s business performance and operations, including its regional operations in Ukraine.

Prior to joining RosExpert Sergey Kordashenko had worked on different top management positions in large Russian and international companies for more than 15 years.

Sergey Kordashenko graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute (Applied Mathematics) in 1994.
In 2005 he received the degree of International Executive MBA at Stockholm School of Economics.

Anna Koff
Senior Partner

Anna Koff works for RosExpert as a Senior Partner since 2002.

As head of industrial practice, Anna specializes in projects for executives and independent directors for the major industrial companies in the sectors of engineering, energy, chemical industry, metallurgy and mining. Anna also carries out projects related to the management of construction and design activities for industrial customers, and companies working in the field of industrial services.

During seventeen years of professional experience in the field of executive search, in addition to customers in the industrial sector, Anna Koff has successfully worked with clients in the segments of Consumer Products, Advanced Technologies and Telecommunications.

Anna is actively involved in Leadership & Development Practice (LTC) projects in cooperation with RosExpert consultants and Korn/Ferry’s Leadership Talent Consulting team.

Prior to joining RosExpert Anna Koff worked for eight years as a Principal in Korn/Ferry International in Moscow in the practice of consumer goods, and then at Heidrick & Struggles, specializing in projects for clients of the industrial segment.

Anna graduated from the Faculty of History of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
