RosExpert has five Partners in the company.

Executive Assessment is successfully introduced using Leadership & Talent Consulting from Korn/Ferry International and executed by dedicated team of specialists. The team executed assessment projects for top managers and managerial teams of our Clients in Russia and Ukraine.

RosExpert launches a new Web site.

2006

RosExpert is ten years old and has twenty-seven people working at the company.

2005

RosExpert enters into a strategic alliance contract with Korn/Ferry International, a premier global provider of talent management solutions. Under the terms of the partnership RosExpert consultants are to execute all Korn/Ferry projects in the territories of Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

RosExpert jointly launches and develops new products with Korn/Ferry International: Board Services and Executive Assessment.

RosExpert expands its office and attracts new employees.

RosExpert jointly holds a conference «Board Services and Strategic Management Assessment with Korn/Ferry International.

With further growth in the Russian economy RosExpert begins to cover new market segments.

2004

RosExpert jointly conducts «Corporate brand of employer» survey with Ecopsy.

RosExpert conducts survey on «Advantages and disadvantages of Executive Search companies»

RosExpert experiences diversification of its Client base resulting from active from active development of the Russian economy.

2003

After an audit for conformance to international standards, RosExpert joins the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).

RosExpert is the only Russian company that is a member of the AESC.

RosExpert jointly holds a conference with the Vedomosti on «Owner and Manager. Effective interaction technology." The topic raises active discussions in business circles.

RosExpert is mentioned in the Vedomosti with regard to the placement of the most highly compensate manager in 2001 on the Russian market.

RosExpert employs twelve people.

2000

A new trend of delegating authority from owners to hired managers develops in the Russian market. RosExpert begins active participation in this process and explores the effective interaction technology between an owner and hired management.

1999

The Russian economy begins to revitalize itself after the financial crisis and RosExpert begins active cooperation with Russian companies.

1998

RosExpert moves to a new building at Karmannitsky Lane.

RosExpert executes the first placement of an expatriate in a Russian industrial company.

RosExpert successfully executes 35 projects during the year.

1997

RosExpert initiates cooperation with major corporate Clients Alfa Bank and IBS. In the past the company had executed more than 40 search projects for Alfa Bank and approximately 20 for IBS.

1996

RosExpert is established and employs five people.

During its first year RosExpert executes eight executive search projects.
